Does the MTA bus shelter on the west side of 7th Avenue, just south of 28th Street have an area to pick up?

I have relatives arriving by Megabus from Toronto. Where can they conveniently wait? I will be picking them up by car. Is there a parking spot near where they can wait, or can I just stop by the road and ask them to climb in? My guests include 2 kids.
