Need Help with Japanese !!! 10 Points to Best Answer !!?

I'm not Japanese, but I do speak a little, and I can tell you've spelled a few things incorrectly; Gaziamisu should be Gozaimasu; Minosama should be 'Min'na-sama'. Just a couple things, I hope I could help?
