What's a quick course or job i can do with a science degree that doesn't involve laboratory work?

I have a double major in Chemistry and I am absouletly sick of working in the laboratory. I really want to get out of my current job, but most courses seem to take 1 year plus. Is there another avenue I could explore? Thanks
