Guys+wanting drugs=NORMAL?

I am not a "square" but pills and hardcore drugs are not my cup of tea. In fact I've never wanted to try any pill or hardcore drug. I've drank I've partied but I don't even smoke cigarettes... My boyfriend on the other hand has done it ALL. He has partied until he has had alcohol poisoning, smokes like a chimney, and you name a drug and he has sucked it up his nose. I knew all this when we started dating and was completely ok with it because he had told me that once he has tried a drug and can say he has at least done it once he doesn't care to do it again. I wanted to believe this but guess when he starts fights with me... When he is blacked out (not as often now as it use to be) and he has snorted many many of pills since we started dating (yet not on a regular business, meaning he's not addicted...?) So recently we moved to an area with heroin hook ups and he promised me he would NEVER try heroin as in two days ago he promised me this. Last night after we came home from a dinner date (with his brother) he snorted heroin in front of me... Is it normal for men to have this "I need to try everything" kinda attitude? Should I be worried or angry at him? How should I handle this if I should even handle it at all?
