I realy dont know what to do anymore.. help?!?

February last year I met this amazing boy. We started talking and got on really well, he made me smile and I was so comfortable with him. We talked a lot, and he told me how pretty I was and stuff like that. The problem was he had a 'thing' with another girl. They weren't together at the time, but then in October they got together. I was gutted, and soon after that I realised it was more tban a crush. They split 2 months ago but because we were still close I decided to wait before going down that route again, he was gutted. Then a month after he broke up with her he got a new girlfriend who everyone thinks is a complete flirt. He seems happy, but in a class I sit with him in, he talks to me constantly and makes touches my leg against mine the whole tome, and touches me a lot on my shoulder and leg. The people on the table can see this vlearly. I don't know what to do. i love him, but he has a girlfriend. In among all this I was strung along by someone else although I knew I never liked the other person as any more than a friend. Nothing had ever actually happened between us, but I just don't know what to do, its so hard. Any advice? I'm 15 by the way, and he hasn't slept with either of these girls x
