Help with COD MW2, i can't see the writting!?

Okay, i have installed cod mw2 and when it starts i notice that the texts are scrambled, i mean the titles like Campaign in the menu or multiplayer, i can;t even see the exit button, all i see instead of those texts are multicolored squares like it's a bad texture problem.Now i know my pc is bad and all but the game is able to run on low detail,cuz i can play it, i just can't read anything that's written like texts and things,plus i checked with systemrequirementslab and it says that my pc is able to run the game on low settings, i was simply wondering if there is maybe a patch that fixes this problem or if anyone else had this problem.
