How do you find a serious boyfriend?

I am currently working full time and find it difficult to find a serious boyfriend. I have dated seriously in college. However, now that I am working full time, I find it impossible to meet men. There is no one at work that I am interested in and I find that the only way to meet men is through clubs/ bars/ parties, which as a result has led me to meeting men who only want casual relationships. I have tried other avenues, such as joining a gym or meeting people through friends but I just haven't been able to meet anyone that I am interested in. I am really sick of dating players! Please help!
