How shall I inform my husband I'm pregnant with our 2nd baby?

The 1st tome, I told him I though I was pregnant right away and we did the test together. We had been trying for 3 long years! Now, our first baby just turned one and I'm pregnant with our second baby. I want something special/creative. Help me out :) thank you!
