Is my pot oven safe?!?!?

If it has metal handles and as you said it is all metal then you can cook with it in the oven, it does not handle high heat so not more than 400 d F or 200 d C, you can saute the food and finish it in the oven or cook and keep warm, as said non stick and plastic handles cannot go in the oven, I have ones were the handles pop off so the cast aluminium pots can be put in the oven, there Starfrit.
