Me and my girlfriend just broke up?

She says she loves me and wants no one elae but she needs time to herself needs tp find herself. we both work together so i have to see her. she use to be over my house everyday how could she just all of a sudden not talk tome she igbored me all day yeaterday i asked if shed like to talk she saidno. i decided to make it facebook official to see if she will talk to me. she made herself single and deletedmy picture. what should i do now? also i at work? she wont talk so i dont understand what happened all of our friends are shock as well. i need some advice :(
