Philips 50PL9220D/37?

My philips tv went out. But some tomes come on after couple of hour. I notice there is a Blinking power button 6 long pause 5 short. Philips Projection Television 50PL9220D/37 i turn on tv the light blinks blue not red , it will blink steadliy for 5 sec. Then a red bulb will appear.. Hear humming sound also...What is causing . My tv not to come on..
