Question about ance products...?

I have oily skin and mild acne, nothing that can't be covered up. But I'm desperate to get it gone for summer. And even though I have poly skin when I use neutrogena product my skin over dries! So annoying. I just started using st. Ives apricot and it looks like it might work buy anything else I should try? And even thought the bottle on the st ives says only 4 tomes a week do you think I could use it Evey day because it doesn't seem to bother my skin..
