Sleeping/Waking Up Weird Because of dream?

Lately i've been noticing this has happened tome about a few times already. I'm sleeping i'm having a dream and then i try to wake up but i can't even lift my head up and i feel pressure. Like in this particular dream, i dreamt i was hearing gunshots in another room or something and i tried to wake up but i couldn't it was like i was in the dream and i was out the dream at the same time. It took a while before i woke up. When i was trying to wake up and lift my head i felt a pressure that didnt let my head go up and i felt my neck was shaking like crazy. Now idk what the hell is that and i've been meaning to find out what is this.
