Someone PLEASE help me! Taking meds during pregnancy?

Please someone! I take luvox, bus par, wellbutrin, and trazadone. I need these medicines but am unsure how it will affect my unborn. (6 weeks pregnant). Please help me figure out whether I should take them or just go all the way down to square one until this pregnancy is over. I NEED HELP!
