I have come up with a really GREAT invention, something I know will sell and people will love, and I want to see it on the market as soon as possible. I have spoken to an attorney about getting it patented a few months ago and they told me that it would take me roughly 2 years to get one and it would cost me between $2,000 - $7,000 to get it done. I am can not stand waiting that long and want to find a way to speed the process up. So, if you meet with a company about the invention and have them sign a non-disclosure agreement before speaking to them about it, does that cover your *** the same as a patent does? Is there a specific way the non-disclosure can be drawn up that will protect me and my invention should they leak it out and/or try to get it patented behind my back? I mean $7,000 is allot to come up with and the patent lawyers do not work like personal injury attorney's do, on a contingency basis, so it is kinda making me have to look at different avenues for protection and getting it done.

Ok, I have this invention i am trying to build. It is a motionless generator, no moving parts made up of a crystal( created by me). This crystal is the responsible for power storage and movement. Well the math i have done to determine the viability says the generator can run for 6months in one charge..the math is very complex but i do trust it. How should I construct my Bloodcheif Ascension deck?

I'm making a Bloodchief Ascension deck that utilizes Mindcrank to kill an opponent. If you're not familiar with it, Mindcrank is from New Phyrexia. It's a 2 drop artifact that makes it so whenever an opponent loses life, they place that many cards into the graveyard. With Bloodchief Ascension, they lose 2 life when a card goes to the graveyard as long as Bloodchief Ascension has 3 or more quest counters. So, it's a never ending combo. You make them place a card in the graveyard, they lose 2 life, and thus have to mill 2. They take 2 damage for each of those, so they lose 4 life. Then they mill 4, and so on and so forth until their dead. Essentially, they take infinite damage. So I need to make a deck around this, but I need to ensure they lose life each turn so I can get my quest counters on Bloodchief Ascension (Which requires an opponent to lose 2 or more life on a turn to get a quest counter). So obviously an easy way to ensure this is low drop burn spells (Lightning Bolt, Forked Bolt, Burst Lightning, and I was thinking Volt Charge's to proliferate.) But I also want to throw in some blue mill cards, to start the combo. I.e.; Hedron Crabs, Traumatize, Tome Scour, Archive Trap-stuff like that. First off, does this sound good? And secondly, what kinds of lands should i put in to make sure I can cast the necessary spells? Thanks!

My ipod quit working?

I have the 3rd generation ipod nano (the small square one) and i've had it for 3 years. This morning it was working fine and i put new songs on it but then i went and used it on my ipod dock, but it was slow and freezing up. I took it off and it took a couple tries to get it to shut off, but now it wont turn on even if i plug it into the computer and the wall.. i tried pressing the middle button and the menu button at the same time too but that didn't work. is it time for an upgrade? i know that it could've just given out.

I am addicted to eating Chicken!?

I eat Chicken almost everyday. Wether its Nuggets, on Pizza, In gravy, Fried etc etc. The days that I don't get to eat chicken I start craving it badly. The craving feels like when you take ciggerettes away from a smoker. Once I start craving it I keep walking from side to side its like any normal addiction but to chicken. I was having all these allergies to tablets a few months back so my Mom did'nt let me have any chicken and surpriseingly my skin became clear because of that and then when my allergies got over I started eating it again and I was back to square one with my greasy skin and little blemeshes. Maybe it was'nt the avoidance of chicken that made the skin clearer. Could be the cut down on oil intake. My daily diet HAS TO consist of chicken and I might be able to reduce weight if I cut down on it. How should I do this if I am so addicted to it?? I am not a "square" but pills and hardcore drugs are not my cup of tea. In fact I've never wanted to try any pill or hardcore drug. I've drank I've partied but I don't even smoke cigarettes... My boyfriend on the other hand has done it ALL. He has partied until he has had alcohol poisoning, smokes like a chimney, and you name a drug and he has sucked it up his nose. When he is blacked out (not as often now as it use to be) and he has snorted many many of pills since we started dating (yet not on a regular business, meaning he's not addicted...?) So recently we moved to an area with heroin hook ups and he promised me he would NEVER try heroin as in two days ago he promised me this. Last night after we came home from a dinner date (with his brother) he snorted heroin in front of me... Is it normal for men to have this "I need to try everything" kinda attitude? When he is blacked out (not as often now as it use to be) and he has snorted many many of pills since we started dating (yet not on a regular business, meaning he's not addicted...?) So recently we moved to an area with heroin hook ups and he promised me he would NEVER try heroin as in two days ago he promised me this. Last night after we came home from a dinner date (with his brother) he snorted heroin in front of me... Is it normal for men to have this "I need to try everything" kinda attitude? Should I be worried or angry at him? How should I handle this if I should even handle it at all?

Help with COD MW2, i can't see the writting!?

Here's my situation. I currently have 401K with my job. I work for the Government so its called Thrift Savings Plan. I contribute 5% of my earnings each pay period and they match 5% each pay period. To increase her retirement contribution, she wants to invest in an Roth IRA and have ETF under it for example to have a target date fund so she could start out aggressive investing and then as the years go by be less aggressive. I am a Lorry Driver so my shift usually carries an indetermined ETA in order to clock off at a specified time. Since I am contracted to complete my work, unless I bring part loads back undelivered I may not be able to get back within my basic hours. The thing is, I have written to my boss saying I do not want to work for TOIL, only for pay. If he can't pay me I'd rather not work it, but he refuses to take me out of TOIL and says I'll be in breach of contract if I finish my shift without completing all my work. No terms and conditions have been set out or new employment particulars given. Is this legal, is there an avenue I can use to force my position?

Breastfeeding was a bad expirence for me. I was uncomfortable, time consuming and just hard. But, I was able to work through it using a pump. But, this time with #2 I just want more freedom. Pumping at work and bagging and sorting milk just isn't something I feel I have time for now. Especially with a toddler who also needs me. I feel terrible because I know how beneficial it is. My old monitor died so I purchased a new one. It's a thin screen and wide. My old monitor was, well, like the old ones - with a huge back to it and not very big square screen. I can't figure out how to fix this new monitor so the screen doesn't look stretched out. As I type, this page looks squished out. I've gone through the manual but no luck there. No way..... London is so crowded with pedestrians & vehicles, you'll never be able to see all that stuff in one day. Well, maybe you could if you only spend 10 minutes at each place.
